AMI, being 100% Omani Company is committed to educate the nationals with relevant expertise and technical know-how from the foundation training for newly hired young staff and aiming to maximum exposure to world-class learning and development.

AMI ICV Training

As a part of its National responsibility, AMI started training for the local workforce in various fields which will contribute to AMI’s success and help groom the local talents. AMI ICV training started since 2017 January onwards and so far AMI has completed about 50 courses with different institutes for about 2000 Omani staff.

In addition, AMI is focusing on its staff performance and the hard work that the staff is adding value to their jobs’ quality performance, hence AMI has granted higher study (degree programme) scholarships to the dedicated staff who are willing to continue their higher studies.
